Daniel Torres-Díaz

Based between Switzerland and the United Kingdom, he is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Orchestral Conducting at the Royal Northern College of Music, supported by a grant from Mexico's Ministry of Culture (FONCA).

Trained first as a pianist, Torres-Díaz graduated with distinction from the Fryderyk Chopin University in Warsaw. He later moved to Switzerland after being awarded a Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship to complete a master's degree at Bern University of the Arts.

Conducting has become increasingly central to his musical life, with orchestral engagements, academies and masterclasses across Europe shaping his work on the podium.
